Institut Brabant’s General Policy

Should you have to change the time of your appointment or cancel it, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. This will allow another customer to book this time slot.

A confirmation with a credit card number is required for any care of $200 or more. If we are not informed of an appointment change or cancellation 24 hours in advance, we will have to charge you $50 to cover human resources fees.

Should a reimbursement be required when a purchase is made by credit card, a 2% fee will apply.
